Warranty

BUILT TO BE USED. BUILT TO LAST.

We make motorcycle gear for people who actually ride motorcycles.

That means dirt, mud, sweat, rain, rocks, branches, crashes, washing machines, and everything else that comes with putting gear to work.

We expect our products to hold up to the demands of their intended use. And when something fails because of a problem with how it was designed or manufactured, we want to know.

FUNCTION. FIT. DURABILITY.

Those are the three pillars behind everything we make. They're also the standards we use when evaluating how our products perform in the real world.

If something isn't holding up the way it should, tell us.

We're going to ask questions. Probably lots of them.

Not because we're looking for reasons to deny a warranty claim, but because understanding what happened helps us determine the right solution—and helps us build better gear.

A failed seam isn't just a failed seam. It's an opportunity to find out why it failed and make sure the next one doesn't.

We'll take your concerns seriously, investigate the problem, and stand behind the warranty commitments we've made.

Because durability isn't something we want you to take our word for.

It's something we intend to prove.
